Pastor | Pastor Rick

Rick and his wife Sandie have been with PF since the beginning in 1993. They have two boys, Zachary and Jason. Rick serves as lead pastor with an emphasis on teaching and releasing the saints. He holds a B.S. in Education from Penn State University and a 3 yr. Diploma from Elim Bible Institute and is ordained with Elim Fellowship. Rick has traveled extensively internationally, leading about 30 teams to serve the church globally. In 1994, they founded Higher Calling Youth Ministries which God has used to equip countless teenagers in the region.

Care Pastors | John & Maryanne Agricola
John Agricola, associate pastor. John Agricola serves as PF's care pastor, meeting new members and caring for those in need. John and Maryanne live in Warren , PA.

Reach | Holly Aipoalani
Holly serves as Outreach Pastor. Holly is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College, with a degree in Contemporary Ministries. Holly's goal is to constantly keep the awareness of lost souls before the body of Praise Fellowship. She desires for the people of Praise to really come to realization that we are Christ's Ambassadors to our region. Some of the practical things Holly does is oversee our outreach ministries and seek new ways to impact our region for Christ one life at a time. The vision for the outreach department is big and includes but is not limited to the following areas: Ministering at the local county prison, evangelism events in our community, encouraging & equipping believers to be the witnesses they were created to be, prayer walks, mobile ministry teams, and networking with other key local ministries. 

Higher Calling Pastors | Jim & Jess Baker
The Bakers serve Praise Fellowship as youth pastors in charge of students in the seventh through twelfth grades. Before moving to the area both completed discipleship training schools with Youth With a Mission and have ministered in eight nations collectively. Jess has previously earned a BA in English Literature from the Ohio State University, while Jim continued on with YWAM to complete Schools of Worship and Photography. They both were later educated at the University of the Nations in Biblical Studies.
Jim and Jess have a passion to see youth walking in the fullness of God's love for them and encouraging the manifestation of His goodness in their lives. They desire to partner with God in enabling truth-filled, Spirit-led youth to revive, reclaim and bring forth God's vision for Warren and Chautauqua counties. Info coming soon.

Associate Pastors | Bill & Nila Schneider
Bill Schneider served for several years as an assistant pastor at PF and is now Pastor Emeritus. He has served in ministry for more than 40 years, graduated from Drew Seminary and has an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Harvest School . Bill and Nila live in Russell, PA.

Harvest Schools Director | Rich & Anne VanHouten
Rich VanHouten, Rich studied at the University of Pittsburgh and is a Chiropractor, holding a doctorate from the Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. He is a graduate of the International School of Ministry (Harvest School) and facilitates classes for Harvest School of Ministry. He and Anne have five children and live in Youngsville.

Associate Pastor | Deborah Meyers
Deborah is the daughter of Pastor Clifford Hill and serves as Pastor of Women Ministries at Praise Fellowship. She and her husband Linfert (Lin) have been faithful members for the past ten years. Deborah attended Anderson University, Anderson, IN where she majored in vocal performance. She has traveled all over the United States, the Bahamas, Canada, Europe, South America, and Africa sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Not only does Deborah express her joy and the love of God in song, but she has a dynamic ministry in teaching. Her vivaciousness and her unrelenting love for truth are infectious. With a song in her heart and a two-edged sword in her mouth—a vibrancy for life and her Lord, a message of truth and a conviction rarely seen…Deborah motivates lives into action to become new creations in Christ Jesus by the power of God. Deborah and Lin live in Jamestown, NY. They have two daughters Deidre Meyers Dickey and Jeneice Meyers.
